This HR & IR Academy is exclusively for start-up companies, students, junior HRs and unemployed graduates and post graduates who are serious and really purse their career in HR. The practical training was designed and personalized based on the practical experience, the trainers had at HR, IR, Legal & Admin Department during their service at different industrial establishment, which was very useful for me to further improve my career. The trainers were knowledgeable, experienced and very practical in their approach and have encouraged participation. The creation of whatsapp group ensured that the reminder was given and finally, the quick issuing of certificate, was much appreciated. I personally thank our trainers and hope many of my HR fraternity will definitely benefit from this practical training from HR & IR Academy and also from the ‘World HR & IR Forum’.
